MINDEN, Nev. — Project HERO, Alta Alpina, and the GE Veterans Networks will be putting on their annual Family Run Bike Ride and Celebration at 9 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 12, at the Bently Science Park. The event is open to the public and there will be multiple ride route options. If you don’t ride, please bring a chair, hang out, and support our local Veterans and First Responders.
Project HERO is a groundbreaking national non-profit organization dedicated to helping Veterans and First Responders affected by PTSD, TBI and injury achieve rehabilitation, recovery and resilience in their daily lives and increasing awareness to combat the national mental health emergency posed by PTSD and TBI.
