STATELINE, Nev. — There are still a few slots available at the Western/Northern 4-H Camp. Open to the public for children, male and female, ages 9-12 (age as of July 9) from western Nevada and eastern California.
You do not need to be a 4-H member to attend.
4-H Camp dates July 9-15: This is a weeklong overnight camp at Stateline in Lake Tahoe.
Activities include swimming, hiking, educational activities, campfire activities, shooting sports, team building, arts and crafts.
The final day to register is June 21, however camp generally fills prior to that date, so please complete and return your application with payment promptly.
Camper Applications may be picked up in person at the 4-H Office at University of Nevada Cooperative Extension 1325 Waterloo Lane, Gardnerville, NV 89410, or are available to download at this link.
You will need to fill in your child’s shot record information on your application (you may be able to order a copy from your school nurse). Applications must be complete and submitted with full payment of $265 due at time of registration (exact cash or check only).
Once your application is submitted, please plan to attend the 6:30-7:30 pm June 29, Parent Camper Info Night at the 4-H Office for campers and their families to learn more about 4-H Camp!
