The Carson Valley Trails Association will participate with NevadaGIVES’ fourth annual online giving event – Nevada’s Big Give on March 12.

Nevada’s Big Give is 24 hours of online giving benefitting the CVTA, as well as charities across the state. This event provides CVTA a great opportunity to be a recipient with other nonprofit organizations to benefit from charitable giving by encouraging Nevadans to “give where they live.” It’s as simple as: Point. Click. Give.

Unlike other charitable initiatives, Nevada’s Big Give promotes personal giving to CVTA.

Donations enable CVTA to continue its mission to provide access to public lands through our trails system, now and into the future. Because of the generosity of our donors, CVTA has been able to complete and provide ongoing maintenance of over 40 miles of trails throughout Carson Valley, including the Faye-Luther/Jobs Peak Ranch Trail System, Bently-Kirman Tract Trail, the Genoa Trail System, the Clear Creek Trail and the new Pinyon Trail.

Future projects will include the Juniper Trail and the Historic Pony Express Trail improvements and connection to the Genoa Trail System.
