In today’s weather, brought to you by Designing With Nature Landscaping, we’re looking at the first of a couple storm systems moving in over the next week, with scattered rain showers after 10 a.m. this morning and a high of 54 degrees with light winds.

The chance of precipitation bumps up slightly to 40 percent tonight, and leaps to 70 percent for Thursday. Overnight lows are still hovering around the freezing mark, so watch out for slick roads out there.

Look to Designing With Nature this Holiday Season to install all of your exterior Christmas decorations. They also handle commercial and residential snow removal. Call 775-782-4999 for more information.

In today’s calendar, brought to you by k2 Pilates, the Douglas County Public Library, Minden branch (1625 Library Lane) hosts toddler storytime at 10:30 a.m. today.

That’s a full lid for this morning. Take care out there and have a great day.
