Douglas grad Aspen Abbott qualifies for NAIA national championships

Aspen Abbott, a 2013 graduate of Douglas High, has qualified for the NAIA national indoor track & field championships with the Southern Oregon University 4×400 relay team. The squad, which includes fellow Nevadan Amelia Maguin of Fernley, ran a 3:58.40 at the University of Washington Husky Classic Indoor Track Invitational over the weekend.
