The Carnival rolled into town yesterday and set-up began Tuesday morning at Lampe Park.
The 20th annual Tahoe/Douglas Elks Summerfest Carnival starts Wednesday and continues through Sunday.
It runs from 5 to 11 p.m. on the weekdays, from noon to 11 p.m. on Saturday and noon to 8 p.m. on Sunday.
Pre-sale tickets are available until 3 p.m. Wednesday at Accolades Trophies, Main Street Barbers, Les Schwab Tire – Mark Smith Tire Center, Full Beli Deli, Especially for You, the Carson Valley Chamber of Commerce and Scolari’s Food & Drug. Cost is $15 for pre-sale, and can be exchanged for an all-day wrist band at the carnival.
